Incorporated in New Jersey 1905, the Jucaro and Moron Sugar and Land Company had offices in Havana, Cuba. The company owned land in Cuba, as well as all the outstanding stock of the Jucaro and San Fernando Railroad and Transportation Company. The railroad connected the company's plantation with shipping facilities at Jucaro. The company planted across 41,000 acres in sugar cane and operated the Jagueyal sugar factory in Cuba. The plantation and operations were bought by the Cuba Cane Sugar Corporation in 1916.
