Cuban Cane Products Co. option warrant 1930

Plain certificate with nice history.  Issued and cancelled. Dated 1930

Incorporated in Delaware 1930 as the successor of the Cuban Cane Sugar Corporation which struggled under Prohibition as customers were often rum distilleries. This pre-Castro company operated 375000 acres of sugar cane fields and eight sugar mills.

Reorganized as the Cuban Atlantic Sugar. The Castro regime later nationalized the sugar industry and took over all company assets.
