Hudson Car Company stock certificate circa 1868 (New Jersey)

Great railroad collectible.  Very nice vignette of an older steam train hauling coal cars. Miniature vignette at the bottom of another train scene. Unissued and not cancelled. Dated 18_. Circa 1868 from issued examples.

Company was incorporated 1868 in Hoboken NJ and produced railcars until at least 1891. They specialized in freight and bulk loads such as coal/ore cars. Other companies came along with cheaper manufacturing costs and drove Hudson out of business late in the century.
