Originally incorporated in Illinois, the company operated silver mines in the Volcano District of Idaho from the 1880's until 1903. The company held interest in other western state silver mines. The main minerals extracted were silver, gold, copper, lead, and zinc. Sometime before 1892, the company moved operations to Minnesota for either taxes or business concerns.
