American Bag Loaning Company stock certificate circa 1883  (New York)

Fantastic stock collectible. Very nice vignette with train and sailing ship scenes flanking the company logo. Unissued and not cancelled. Smaller format at 6" by 10". Dated 188_. Circa 1883 from company records and issued examples.

Incorporated 1883 in NY, the company was short-lived and liquidated by 1888. The American Bag Loaning Company (Limited) was company organized by four firms or individuals who were dealers in grain bags, and a part of whose business it was to loan bags for the transportation of grain.
