Apollo Lasers Inc. stock certificate 1979 (California) 

Lasers! Great vignette of the Greek god Apollo. Issued and cancelled. Dated 1979. Measuring approximately 12 x 8 inches. 

Incorporated 1968 in California, Apollo Lasers produced infrared lasers and laser equipment parts for aviation applications and computer manufacturing (resistor trimming).

Merged into Allied Corp in 1981. Allied Corp. sold its Chatsworth-based Apollo Lasers Inc. unit to Patlex Corp. (NJ) for $3 million in Patlex stock.

Allied Corp became AlliedSignal in 1985, then AlliedSignal in 1993. AlliedSignal merged into Honeywell International in 1999.
