Baltimore Refrigerating and Heating Company stock certificate 1906

Cool Baltimore collectible with a very nice vignette of the company's industrial plant.  Issued  and not cancelled. Dated 1906.

Incorporated 1902 in Maryland, the business operated cold storage and ice houses in Baltimore City.  The company defaulted on bonds in 1909 and was placed in receivership and sold to the Central Securities Company. The Terminal Heating and Freezing Company took over property and operations in 1911.
