Central National Bank of Cleveland stock certificate 1890 (Ohio)

OH banking piece!  No vignette but company name well displayed at the top center. Issued and cancelled with perforation holes. Rough bottom edge but does not extend into printed border. Dated 1890. Approximately 10 x 7.5 inches.

The Central National Bank of Cleveland was founded in 1890 but no longer exists as a separate entity. It merged with Society National Bank in 1986 and was ultimately renamed KeyBank in 1996. The original bank has a history involving moving its headquarters several times before its merger, and its legacy continues today through its successor, KeyBank. 

History and timeline
1890: The Central National Bank of Cleveland was founded.
1905: The bank moved its offices to the Rockefeller Building.
1927: It established its headquarters at 308 Euclid Avenue.
1949: Moved to a new headquarters in the Midland Building.
1969: The bank constructed a new 23-story headquarters at 800 Superior Avenue.
1986: Central National Bank merged with Society National Bank.
1996: The merged entity changed its name to KeyBank National Association.
