Elaborate and colorful collectible stock certificate with a vignette of multiple allegorical figures. Great printing of an eagle in the bottom border (uncommon feature). Unissued but circa 1912.
Incorporated in 1892, Citizens State Bank began operation with $25,000. Its charter was renewed in 1912 and built a bank building in 1914 at the corner of page and Center Streets in Monona. The company provides personal, business, and agricultural banking services, including farm mortgages.
