Consolidated Radio Corporation stock certificate circa 1956

Rare radio stock cert from California.  Very nice vignette of perched eagle with wings spread. Unissued but circa 1956 from company information. Smaller size, measuring 6.5" by 9.5". Great entertainment piece.

Incorporated in 1956, the company was formed to buy, own, and operate radio stations in the state of California.  The company ran stations with various music formats (rock and roll to jazz to classical) The stations were not profitable enough to keep the business afloat so they sold off assets and dissolved in the mid 1960's.
