Grand Roller Skating Rink stock certificate circa 1885

Fun and uncommon stock certificate with a rare vignette of an old roller skate. Unissued and not cancelled. Dated 188_ but circa 1885 from incorporation records in Covington KY. Stub attached but not shown in scan.

Incorporated February, 1885. using anticipated capital of $25,000. with A. R. Mullins, President and Riehara Evans, Secretary. It was located at 410 Madison Avenue in Covington, Kentucky with the first manager being Will S. Elsier. The wooden rink was used as a public entertainment venue through approximately 1900.
