Midnight T Mines stock certificate 1929 (Nevada)

Uncommon NV mining cert. Awesome triple vignette of milling building in a valley flanked by two framed mining scenes. Nice green background, border and company seal. Issued and not cancelled.  Dated 1929. Measures approximately 11 x 8.5 inches.

Incorporated 1908 in Nevada, Midnight T Mines operated a property near Prescott AV (ref. Reno Evening Gazette)

Noted in 1933 from US Court of Appeals dealing with legal issues related to mining operations, likely involving property rights or mineral claims, a significant early federal court case for mining litigation from that era.
