North Point Land Company stock certificate circa 1905 (Maryland)

Nice Baltimore collectible with a nice vignette of an eagle perched with an American shield.  Unissued  and not cancelled. Circa 1905 from company records. Dated 190_.

Incorporated 1905 in Maryland, the company got its lands from the Baltimore, Sparrows Point, and Chesapeake Railway to operate warehouse storage and docks. The company later developed 500 acres of the land for residential purposes into today's Edgemere MD. The company was based in Baltimore at Fayette and Calvert streets.
