Northampton Brewery Corporation stock certificate 1934 (Pennsylvania)

Beer brewing company restarted after Prohibition. Classic vignette of a reclined allegorical Greek female figure with a city scene in the background. Issued and cancelled. Single hole in vignette as shown. Other hole and perforation cancellations in the body of the cert. Dated 1934.  Measures approximately 12 x 7.5 inches.  

The Northampton Brewery Corporation was a Pennsylvania brewery that produced Tru-Blu brand beer and ale ("Famous Old Brew Of The Pennsylvania Dutch") in the mid-20th century. Brewery building was located at 1247/1267 Newport Avenue, Northampton, PA

Operated as the Northampton Brewing Co. 1898-1920. Brewery operations shut down during Prohibition in 1920. Restarted as Northampton Brewery Corp. 1933-1950. Building now used for offices.
