Interesting vignette of a lady seated in 1920s automobile shining a spot light on a sign advertising the company's product. Unissued and not cancelled. Circa 1924 from company records and issued examples. Approximately 11.5 x 8 inches.
Incorporated in Colorado with offices in Denver. The company produced an early form of flashlight with a pistol grip much like a handgun. The company name was derived from the pistol shot of light that the product produced. The company was sued multiple times for patent infringement for both design and technology.
