The United States Milling and Minerals Corporation was a Delaware-incorporated mining entity, incorporated 1956, that operated in Nevada, specifically in Nye and Esmeralda counties, during the late 1950s and early 1960s. The company filed for reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act in June 1963.

Operations:
The company operated in Nevada, with a 300-ton capacity mill built between 1955 and 1956.

Trading:
The corporation announced plans to sell on the San Francisco Mining Exchange in March 1960.

Reorganization:
Following a petition filed on June 25, 1963, Nathan Yorke of Chicago was appointed trustee for the corporation's estate.
