Fantastic  full-certificate color scene of Chinese dragon holding the state flag of California, fireworks bursts to either side and Chinese characters to the left.  Unissued and cancelled. Dated 2004. Neat collectible and great for framing.

Incorporated in 2003 and had offices in Concord CA, the company produced fireworks shows for holidays, parks, and sports venues.
