Restaurant related. Nice vignette of an American Eagle with wings spread in same blue as stock border. Issued and cancelled. Specimen dated 1975 from date in perforation holes. Measuring approximately 13 x 8 inches. 

Reincorporated in 1973, Florida Capital was a holding company which, through its subsidiaries, operated and franchised fast-food restaurants and manufactured, purchased, sold, and leased meat processing machinery and systems.

State of incorporation was changed in 1973 from Florida to Delaware. Unknown original FL incorporation date but likely 1960s. Merged into Alfa-Laval AB in 1985.
