Neat sports collectible. Plain certificate but great golf novelty item.  Unissued and not cancelled. Circa 1991 from company records.

Incorporated 1991 in FL, the business operated a wholesale golf equipment operation with the intent of a global retail footprint.  Due to lack of capital, the expansion plans never came to fruition. Golf Ball World, Inc. was acquired by Qorus.com Inc. in a reverse merger transaction in 1999. The company was renamed to DigitalFX International then the CMFV Company (an online media company)
