Rollins Leasing Corp. was a major commercial truck leasing and rental company, known for providing full-service leasing, maintenance, and short-term rentals. It was established in 1954 and became a subsidiary of Rollins International (later RLC Corporation) in 1969.

Rollins Leasing was acquired by Penske Truck Leasing in 2001, integrating its operations into Penske's growing fleet and services across North America. The acquisition significantly expanded Penske's network, making it a dominant player in the industry alongside Ryder.
