NY bond for the construction of buildings for state institutions.

Great vignette of the New York State Seal. Nice underprint of $5,000 in olive green. Issued and cancelled. Dated 1930 at lower right. Holes through signatures and cancellation stamp at the bottom left. Vertical format. Measures approximately 15 x 10 inches. 

This bond is serial number 13. One would guess that at $5,000 each during the Great Depression (1930) that it might have been difficult to find investors.
