The Tioga Railroad Company was a Pennsylvania corporation founded in 1850 that operated the Tioga Railroad, a railway line from the New York-Pennsylvania State line to Blossburg, with additional branches. The Tioga Railroad corporation had its principal office at Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. It succeeded the Tioga Navigation Company, taking over its property, rights, and franchises.
In 1854, it was renamed the Blossburg and Corning Railroad, which later merged to become part of the Corning, Cowanesque and Antrim Railway in 1873. The company operated independently until around 1885 when it was leased and operated by the Erie Railroad and its predecessors until 1917. The United States Railroad Administration assumed control in 1918.
