Twin City Federal Savings Bank (TCF) was a significant community bank in Bristol, TN, that converted to a stock bank and eventually became part of Citizens Bank Tri-Cities, expanding the region's largest community bank presence.

Documents from the 1990s show TCF's structure changing to Twin City Bancorp and seeking expansion, with TCF having multiple offices in Bristol, TN, before mergers integrated (2000) them into Citizens Bank Elizabethton TN (Citco Community Bancshares) footprint.
