Zenith Laboratories, Inc. operates as subsidiary of Ivax Corp.

The company was incorporated 1954 in NJ. In 1988, the generic-drug maker had defaulted on a bank loan and was considering filing for bankruptcy protection. In 1994, the company was bought by Ivax Corp.
