Incorporated 1901 in Wyoming, the Gould Consolidated Mining Co. was an active entity in the Cripple Creek mining district of Colorado around 1901–1903. It operated during the peak of the Colorado gold rush.
It was one of many mining companies operating near Victor and Cripple Creek, the premier gold-producing region in Colorado at the time.
