Shreveport LA oil refinery. Amazing certificate wide vignette of a large oil field full of wells. Dated 1919. Vertical folds from mailing. Measures approximately 11 x 8 inches. 

Developers Oil & Refining Company was incorporated 1915 in Arizona.

The company had offices in Shreveport LA for oil operations in the state. The refinery capacity was 2500 barrels per day.
