Beautiful under-printing on this rare stock certificate.  Unissued certificate number 26, dated 1924 from newspaper references to the company.  

Automobile repair garage founded in Heflin, Alabama by S.T. Maner and R.A. Grizzard, two automobile mechanics.  This piece has not been available for many years.
